The special 'Samuel Beckett: Out of the Archive' issue of Modernism/modernity, which I edited, has just been published, and is available to subscribers online here. The volume includes interviews with J. M. Coetzee and John Banville, excerpts from Barbara Bray's unpublished memoir, photos by Michael White, and previously difficult-to-access translations of Beckett's work, including "The New Object" from 1948.
